Insurance & Reimbursement Info
We expect to be in-network with Medicare and major PPO insurance plans soon.
In the meantime:
You may still see Dr. Simard as an out-of-network provider.  Many insurance plans offer partial reimbursement for out-of-network visits.  We’re happy to help you navigate this—just call our office or check directly with your insurance provider for benefits
